Products purchased from kammakhome.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging whenever possible. All returns are inspected upon receipt.

Returns are typically processed within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–7 business days for the refund to appear.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a defective product.
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete returns may not be eligible for a full refund.

Exchange Instructions
