If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we’re happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy.
Products purchased from kammakhome.com must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. We accept returns for products purchased from kammakhome.com only, and all returns are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse.
Returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s).
Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt, and you will receive a credit confirmation with your refund amount once your return has been fully processed.
Refunds go to the original form of payment. Posting may take 7–10 business days depending on payment type.
Late returns (after 30 days) may be denied or refunded as an eGift card or refund check.
If you used both a gift card and credit card, refunds go to the credit card first.
Note:
- Kammakhome may deny abusive or ineligible returns.
- Ineligible returns will not be mailed back.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Final sale, engraved, and 'not returnable' items are not eligible.
- eGift Cards purchased via CashStar cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift returns or exchanges must contact us before sending items back.
If you prefer to return your order in store, please provide your email or shipping confirmation as proof of purchase.

To exchange a product, simply return the unwanted item following our return policy. A refund will be issued within 3 business days of receipt. You can then place a new order at your convenience.
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the item is damaged, retain all packaging and contact us immediately via CHAT or phone: 0086-755-26979000.
If you cannot keep the contents due to damage, take a photo first, then discard safely.
To file a claim for lost, missing, or damaged items, notify us within 30 days of delivery. Claims after 30 days may be denied.
Note: All damaged or missing items must be reported promptly and packaging retained. We reserve the right to deny replacements or refunds if abuse is suspected.
