Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship same day. Orders placed after cutoff, weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.
Which addresses may cause delays?
Incomplete addresses, PO Boxes (non-USPS carriers), restricted zones, or gated complexes. Always include apartment/unit numbers.
What if my package shows “Delivered” but I didn’t get it?

Do you split or combine shipments?

The teapot is beautiful but has a flaw. I did request a replacement and it arrived with the same defect; a bump on the spout that looks like a repair. Because I have matching cups in burgundy and blue I decided to keep the teapots. I was however Very dissappointed.
