How do I get my tracking number?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also log in to “My Account > Orders” to check status.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship same day. Orders placed after cutoff, weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.
Which addresses may cause delays?
Incomplete addresses, PO Boxes (non-USPS carriers), restricted zones, or gated complexes. Always include apartment/unit numbers.
What if my package shows “Delivered” but I didn’t get it?
Check with neighbors, building reception, or package lockers. If still missing, contact the carrier within 24h and file a support ticket with us.
Do you split or combine shipments?
Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on stock locations. Each package will have its own tracking number.
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days (excluding items affecting resale). Buyer pays return shipping if not quality-related. See our “Returns & Exchanges” page for details.
