KAMMAK AI shopping assistant
How assistant conversations are processed.
When you use the KAMMAK AI shopping assistant, your message, a pseudonymous session identifier, product context, feedback, and interaction events are sent through KAMMAK's WordPress proxy to a KAMMAK-controlled FastAPI service. The service uses a Dify workflow and a DeepSeek model to generate a response. Do not submit payment-card details, passwords, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information in chat.
Dify and DeepSeek may process assistant content as service providers or model providers. Their current policies are available at Dify Privacy Policy and DeepSeek Privacy Policy.
Assistant retention
Retention periods used by the current system.
- Chat messages and active or anonymous sessions: up to 30 days.
- Click events and interaction analytics: up to 90 days.
- Webhook processing records: up to 30 days.
- Contact details submitted with consent for human follow-up and handoff records: up to 365 days.
- If a support email cannot be delivered, contact details held in the WordPress retry queue are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours.
Assistant deletion
What the in-chat deletion control can and cannot remove.
The assistant's deletion control can request deletion of KAMMAK FastAPI-local chat data and the associated Dify application conversation. It cannot retract a support email already delivered to KAMMAK staff, and it cannot guarantee deletion of records that DeepSeek may retain independently under its own policy. Assistant output is generated by an AI model and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Product capacity, material, care, availability, and other purchase-critical facts should be confirmed on the current product page or with KAMMAK support.
