Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship same day. Orders placed after cutoff, weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.
Which addresses may cause delays?
Incomplete addresses, PO Boxes (non-USPS carriers), restricted zones, or gated complexes. Always include apartment/unit numbers.
What if my package shows “Delivered” but I didn’t get it?
Check with neighbors, building reception, or package lockers. If still missing, contact the carrier within 24h and file a support ticket with us.
Do you split or combine shipments?

I kept this only bc it’s annoying to pack everything and send it back.
It’s cute, yes, however the bottom of it looks yellow.., as if it is glue. Bruh.
And this makes me think it has some type of glue which is absolutely poison to your body!
I will be asking for my money back.
Also when you drink it feels like everything pours from the sides(?)
