When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship same day. Orders placed after cutoff, weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.
Which addresses may cause delays?
Incomplete addresses, PO Boxes (non-USPS carriers), restricted zones, or gated complexes. Always include apartment/unit numbers.
What if my package shows “Delivered” but I didn’t get it?
Check with neighbors, building reception, or package lockers. If still missing, contact the carrier within 24h and file a support ticket with us.
Do you split or combine shipments?
Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on stock locations. Each package will have its own tracking number.
